Return Guidelines

We accept returns postmarked to Michele Lopriore within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. If your purchase was $150+, and made in the United States, Canada, or Mexico,  return shipping is free and we will provide a return label for you. To receive one, please contact Customer Service at shopusa@michelelopriore.com or via phone at +1 (646) 470-1456 Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST. Should your item(s) be less than $150 in value, we will not refund return shipping charges. Return instructions are on your return form enclosed in your package.

Return Restrictions

We do not accept returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, or final sale merchandise. These types of sales are final. We do not refund shipping charges. We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item (such as damage during dry cleaning, washing, or wear) and therefore cannot accept returns of such items. Any items that do not conform to the guidelines listed above will not be accepted and instead returned to you at your expense.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect and notify us via email within 2 business days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement (if the item is still available). You can contact us at shopusa@michelelopriore.com. We will send you a prepaid UPS label to use. Pack your item in the original box and materials. Ensure that your product has not been worn, washed, and still has its tags intact; otherwise, the item will not be accepted. Your refund or replacement will be sent upon receipt.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email (shopusa@michelelopriore.com) to ensure that the item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see Return Guidelines and Return Restrictions for more information). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. Exchange shipping is free within the United States. You will see any necessary charge changes reflected on your account 7–10 business days after receipt.

We also accept exchanges in our stores. If you choose to both exchange an item and then purchase a separate item, you will need to produce payment for your separate item in-store. 

Return Tips

We suggest sending via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise. No Cash/Check on Delivery packages will be accepted.

Please package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card used initially for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.

International Returns

As our international orders are not standardized, returns are not free outside the United States. International return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. You are required to source shipping services and manage the process yourself.

If Michele Lopriore is charged a tax or fee with the international return of your item, we will deduct that amount from your order total before we credit your account.
