Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, 1-2 business days of order placement unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed between 1 p.m. EST Friday through midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and should be received within 2-5 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Free shipping is applicable on domestic orders over $150, or for Canadian orders over $200.

On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within 1 business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.


We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and all other Credit Cards. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If we cannot verify the credit card as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Promo Codes

Customers may only use one promotional code per order. Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers. Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.

International Shipping

If you would like to ship outside the United States or Canada, the cost is determined by the carrier. All international shipping is placed at a charge to you. A few things to note: orders shipped outside the US must have the same billing and shipping address. We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes; only street addresses are accepted. 

Oftentimes we require additional verification to validate the order, so international orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day. Items may require up to 20 business days for delivery. Order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed. And please remember any delays at customs in the destination country are not under our control.

International Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties you may owe. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that their country may impose to deliver their order. Any abandoned packages are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with US Law and export regulations, we declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable “merchandise.” Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as a “gift.” This is true even if the recipient intends the order to be a gift. Call your local customs office for details regarding their fees and costs.
